Social Media has created a plethora of consumer insights and data globally. The Social Media Research Association is a professional community created to provide its members with resources and skills to tap into and evolve in this ever-changing social world. 

SMRA's mission is to educate, promote, influence and unite social media research professionals to foster an innovative, transparent, connected and mutually supportive community.
